Why book direct instead of on Airbnb?
Booking here skips the platform service fees, so the same stay costs you less. You deal directly with us, the owners, from first message to checkout.
When is my card charged?
Your card is authorized when you request to book, and charged only once we confirm your dates, usually within a few hours. If we cannot confirm, the hold is released automatically.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe, the same processor used by Amazon and Shopify. We never see or store your card number.
How do I get in?
Self check-in with a keypad. Your address, door code and Wi-Fi details are emailed a few days before you arrive.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. One dog up to 20 lb is welcome, with a $50 pet fee per stay, and the backyard is fully fenced. Add your dog when you book and tell us a little about them.
What is the stay insurance fee?
Each stay includes a $15 insurance fee for coverage through InsuraGuest, which protects the home against accidental damage and covers guests for accidental injury and theft of belongings during the stay, subject to the policy terms. There is no security deposit hold on your card.
Is the home suitable for babies and toddlers?
The home is not babyproofed and is not equipped for children under 2. There is no crib, pack-and-play, high chair or other baby gear. Little ones are welcome, but please bring everything they need and supervise them closely at all times.
